Sharp produces five inches LCD HD screens for smartphones

The manufacturer Sharp started producing LCD high-definition (1920 x 1080 pixels) diagonal five inches (12.7 cm) for smartphones, the resolution reaches 443 dots per inch. Production began in late September 2012 at its plant in Mie Japan.
This slab would, according to the manufacturer, a pixel density of about 1.3 times higher than its own 4.3-inch LCD screen HD (1280 x 720 pixels, 342 dots per inch).
